So far so good they are helping to lower my blood sugars, I do notice a slight taste but nothing I can't deal with. Easy to take, they aren't giant capsules like others I've used so these are way easier to take and seem to work fast. All in all good product and something to look into if you need help lowering your blood sugar. I am by no means a doctor but this helps me.

Though you may burb cinnamon for a few hours it works well. Smooth going down and lowers B. sugar in a few hours.
