Cantuccini & Amaretti are supposed to be Hard & crunchy
These are exactly how they should be...look carefully only the ones that say they are soft, are soft. However the traditional cookie is for DIPPING in coffee or hot chocolate.

Item description states SOFT. They are not. Actually hard as a rock. I don't want them. And can't return them. Not happy
