Almost a 5 star item
For being a generic remote it works well. It did not match the original function for function and it is rather awkward to hold onto because of sharp edges. Except for those two flaws would have given 5 stars.

Easy to set up and works great
I lost the backing cover for my remote and found this universal remote. It was super quick and easy to set up and found that it worked flawlessly.

No Instructions included
The remote functions well, but comes programmed for Celsius. I've contacted the seller asking how to switch it to Farenheit and I was told to check the instruction manual or contact the manufacturers customer service. Since no manual or instructions of any kind come with it, I asked for a phone number for the manufacturers customer service. Stating they didn't know the number, I was again referred to the instruction manual. It's annoying, not to mention ridiculous, to be unable to supply their customers with such basic information, especially when it advertises that you can change it from one to another.
