Before I started using red yeast rice my cholesterol levels were higher than recommended. I was advised to exercise and changemy diet or start prescription meds. I had heard about red yeast rice and decided to try it. Well within 3 months after starting this product my numbers were amazingly back to normal. I now use it once daily and have not had an abnormal reading in over a year.

I was told to take these by my physician to help lower my cholesterol. The majority of the products sold in the store have an ingredient my system cannot process correctly but this is the only product I found that does not have it. It's doing its job...I have found my "for life" product.
