UPDATE **After the shipper/company reached out to me for an unhappy customer they were very caring and understanding. They gave me helpful tips on how to use it otherways, while offering a full refund. Despite this not working for me it doesnt mean it wont work for your dog I do change my rating to 4stars since they actually reached out to me to make the customer happy.My dog is a australian sheppherd healer and this makes him more crazy he pauses when i push the button then goes crazy barking and becomes so aggressively insane ive tried multiple times so I gave up on it but the customer service makes up for this not working for my dog.

This seems to work OK as a deterrent for our puppy. It's sometimes works and sometimes doesn't But I don't know if it is really doing anything. you hear the beep when you press the button, which catches her attention, but then most the time she will go right back to doing what she was doing wrong.

Wow wow wow. Quick story on why I purchased. I have a neighbor that doesn't train his dogs. kind of just allows them to do whatever they want. I never see him walk them or play with them ( Bad animal owner). So these dogs tend to bark a lot because they are so bored. Neighbor thinks that when he leaves that he no longer has to control his dogs behaviors. I've made numerous complaints to the county and have even gone to court and they agreed in my favor that the barking dogs are out of control he was fined. Realizing now that my neighbor doesn't care about my privacy nor does he even care to try to fix the problem even after fines and warnings. I've been dealing with barking dogs for 3 years now. I found this item on Amazon after trying three or four different other devices that did nothing just make the dogs bark more. I finally found one that work. The neighbors dog started barking up a storm once I walked out with this device press the button in 2 seconds the dogs stop barking and haven't heard them since in the same day. This is the best thing ever. I can't believe that I can actually go through my evening not having to listen to my neighbor's dogs. it's all thanks to this device. Update: 9-1-2020 .. still working great on my neighbors dogs. No more barking and able to enjoy my evenings. Thank you again for the peace of mind. Already had three friends purchase one and they love it also. Maybe I need to start selling these in the side haha

This product works but only if used in the right setting and may not work for every dog! My dog definitely hears it and responds but you have to use it alongside training for what the sound means. Sometimes my dog, also, is just too distracted in order to respond to it, and the noise is just adding to the noise and anxiety coming from him.

I have a wonderful neighbor who lets their dogs out late at night. They bark when ever a person walk by close to my bedroom window. Didn’t want to complain, so this works very well. Now they bark late at night on the other side of their house. I also have a 10 year old cat that has suddenly decided to complain VERY loudly at 3am if I don’t get up & pet him. Works great on both!

I was skeptical when I bought this but was desperate. We have a doodle that’s super sweet and gentle, but when the 3 schnauzers next door come up barking to our shared fence she goes crazy barking and acting as if she’s going to tear them apart. (This is a dog that loves to run and play with other dogs at the dog park, so she’s not aggressive.) After receiving the Modus, I was ready. The moment she started attacking the fence trying to get to the Schnauzers, I pressed the button once and she did a complete 180. She shut up and ran to me. I thought it was a fluke so the next time it happened, I did it again, and it worked perfectly. When I didn’t have it with me, she reverted to the bad behavior. When we travel now in our RV, we keep it with us on walks or when sitting under the awning, and she’s perfect. All it takes is a light tap when the dog in the next campsite over starts barking, and she’s by my side with a “did you need me, mom?” question on her face. She isn’t hurting, she’s still happy, but I have her attention. I love this device and strongly recommend it!

This did not work with my dog. I have a 6 month old puppy that likes to bark a lot and likes to dig so I wanted to use this to train her but it made her so much worse. The first time I pushed the button it made her bark more so I pushed the button again and she flipped out and became very aggressive and came at me and my hands to bite it. I didn't press the button anymore but she was so upset and aggressive I actually had to hold her down on the ground for a few minutes until she could calm down. Once she calmed down she was back to her normal sweet self. I know it says that it's safe for all breeds, my puppy is a pit, and I don't know if it was this one or another brand I was looking at that said with some dogs the sound can make them aggressive no matter the breed it just depends on the dog. My dog normally is very sweet and loves everyone so I didn't think she would of had this kind of reaction but she did. So be careful if you have never used anything like this on your dog. I had no problem returning it.

I have 2 barky Corgis and this shuts them up in a second! My boyfriends dog comes over often and they all get going and wouldn't stop. I give them one warning, "No Bark!" and then the very next bark I hear- I press the button. They stop immediately. Now all I have to do is say "No Bark".You have to use this correctly in order for it to work. Give a command to stop FIRST! and THEN press the button only if they continue. Try to press it at the exact same time as the bark when you do. If you don't give a command first they don't know what they've done wrong and you are effectively just terrorizing them. Command first, then correction at the exact moment of the bark. Pretty soon you won't even need to use it anymore! This is a great product if used correctly. Enjoy the silence!!!

Yes the item is good. However I had bad experience with the delivery process. The delivery man just leave the item outside the main door at night. Without any call or message. I will not buy things from Amazon again. 1st and last time for me.
