Ordered this set for my son for Christmas. When he opened it, one of the helicopter blades was broken off and unrepairable. I contacted customer service to see if I could just get a replacement copter, which they were unable to do due to the way their products are shipped, but they immediately offered me either a refund or a full replacement set if I sent the old set back (free shipping), the latter of which I opted for. I received the replacement set very quickly and everything was in order and individually bubble wrapped. Very happy with their friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service and would order from this company again.It’s a fun set for a kid - there is a handle on the helicopter so you can use it as a carrying case for all of the other elements, which I found clever. And the copter is surprisingly large, definitely has that wow factor for a kid. Probably wouldn’t purchase for a kid prone to being overly rough with their toys (or a very young child), because everything is a light plastic - although the helicopter has more heft. A good choice for imaginative play and good value for what you get.*Check the helicopter before you gift this since it seems the blades are prone to breaking in transit - it’s really easy to get a replacement set!

This helicopter is big, but not too big. My 4 year old grandson asked for a helicopter for his birthday and this exceeded his wishes. He loves the military men, car, boat and motorcycle that come with the set. There is a “trunk” and some tiny “weapons” which I hate because they end up all over the floor and the lid to the trunk is a separate piece, not the type of lid you can prop open. So he keeps losing the lid. There is a “sling” attachment to the helicopter where the rope can be pulled down and it automatically retracts. That didn’t last 2 weeks, broken already, but he loved it while it worked. I assume he was too rough with it. So all in all I give it 5 stars because of the larger items and the sounds it makes.

This is a really great value for the money! It's got a lot going for it in terms of durable play and compadable accessories. It's not perfect but I still would recommend it over other big brand helicopters available.Let's start with what's great about this set.First off its BIG! Definately has that wow factor effect that's will get the kids eyes poppin. Despite its size it's not heavy so playing with it will be comfortable. The propellers and doors stay put during play which if you've ever had to deal with constantly putting your kids toys back together again while playing you will very much appreciate. It comes with extra vehicles ( a jeep, motor cycle and boat) as well as 3 action figures, weapons and a box to store the small pieces in. It has sound effects and lights which kids love. For the helicopter itself there is no assembly required out of the box. You only need to add 2 double AA batteries and pop out some gun accessories from a plastic mold and your ready to play. Oh and since it actually takes AA batteries as opposed to watch batteries that is super convenient too.Now let's talk about what could be better...The plastic on the helicopter is pretty rigid. It will fracture if you drop it on hard surfaces, step on it or try smashing it to hard into other toys during play so just keep that in mind. There is a retractable wench that's attached but the string is really to short to do anything with and there is no way to keep it from self retracting once its pulled out so your not going to be able to do in tow play with it. The 3 action figures that come with it are pretty flimsy and have very limited articulation. You can't bend knees or rotate wrists to really get them into vehicles or hold weapons well. I would recommend buying better action figures to combine with set if you don't have any all ready.Overall I think the set is great value. I have the Hero Force chinook helicopter from Target very similar to this one and the giant kid connection one from Walmart and I recommend the Joyin over both of them. Its $25 cheaper than the Hero Force brand ($59.99 at Target and very hard to find) which my son doesn't even play with anymore because the propellers and doors don't stay on while playing. The kid connection helicopter from walmart is $15 less ($19.99) than the Joyin chinook and while my son loves the kid connection helicopter I have had to replace that thing 3 times in the last year because the propellers keep breaking so it's still cost me $60 over all. I wish I had seen the Joyin one first.

This was purchased for a 7 year old on his birthday. Typically, toys don't survive very long in that house with two older brothers. But this toy was pretty rugged. I put batteries in it before the party and was impressed with the build quality.

I purchased the JOYIN 10-in-1 Military Helicopter Toy Set in July as a gift for my nephew, but I was disappointed with the quality. The pieces are made of cheap plastic and feel flimsy. Several parts didn’t fit together properly, and some of the vehicles broke within minutes of play. The sound and light features were weak and didn’t last long. The toy set was a letdown, and it didn’t provide the enjoyment I had hoped for. My nephew lost interest in it quickly, and I ended up donating it. This set is not durable and certainly not worth the price.

It’s a great way for My adult Children to bond with their Children, especially since I have Military background in My Family

My grandson loves toys like this, but most of the ones I have bought are very small. This is a great set! The helicopter is huge. He loves the figurines and they are decent size.If you have a child who likes these types of toys, it is a must. My grandson loves it!
