Worked great for 8 months. Low noise, and has the option to turn off the lights on the buttons. There is a max fill line in the bottom reservoir and the top as well. I filled the top a little under the max, and it seems that the part at the bottom that is spring loaded to open to allow water into the reservoir is broken. It allows more than the maximum water into the bottom and the unit won't produce mist anymore.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s very straight forward. Put water in the humidifier press a button and that’s it. The humidifier is dead quiet even on the highest setting (as show in the video). looks really good too, and not plasticity like a lot of other humidifiers you see on Amazon. Also there’s no problem putting a humidifier next to a lamp (as long as the humidifier isn’t facing it) had it in that same spot for months and haven’t had an issue. Would 100% recommend to anyone the LEVOIT humidifier.

Finally bought a LEVOIT humidifier after a frustrating time with a cheaper, weird named Chinese brand humidifier (which has vanished from Amazon) that, besides being impossible to clean properly, finally went electronics crazy.What a nice little machine the LEVOIT is. It puts out a very fine mist so it takes a little longer to get the humidity level up but that’s a good trade off for the near silence of it’s fan even on high. A full tank lasts over a day on low, or overnight on night mode which puts out a stronger mist. The tank is easy to remove and fill in the sink (although the manufacturer recommends purified water to prevent white dust and interior build up). Putting the tank back on is a little fidgety but not terrible. Or you can just pop off the cover and fill it from a pitcher in place. Had it for a week now and hopefully for years to come.

I ordered this to help my newborn's ezcema. First, I have discovered I prefer warm most because the cool mist makes me feel cold at night. However, through research I found out warm mist will worsen ezcema, so in this case, I have no choice, but important to know for personal preferences.The unit was larger than I thought, but I appreciate the large, easy to fill upper unit. Unfortunately, most mornings we wake up to a significant amount of water pooled around the unit. This confirms my concerns that the water vapor isn't truly getting into the whole room and is just condensing around the unit. My son's eczema has not improved, nor has my dry eyes.Lastly, I had no idea the cleaning would be so hard. This is partially my fault for not digging into the manual. However, the surface advertising made it sound like I only had to worry about the large open, easy to access upper basin. It's only through the reviews that I learned I'm suppose to be taking the lower portion apart. When I looked at the bottom portion about 2 weeks into using it, there was in fact mold in it and from the way other reviewers describe this, I think I will continue moving forward with returning my unit.

This humidifier, along with some essential oils, has been a game changer. I was waking up every day with a very dry throat and a lot of congestion. I bought this and added some essential oils to help clear my sinuses, and I sleep like a baby now.Most nights, the lowest level of mist is sufficient although I have bumped it up to level 2 a few times. Its very quiet and gives off a strong mist. The only problem I have had is using the sleep mode, where it seems to shut off pretty quickly and I wake up dry. I just leave it on the lowest level and I'm good to go. The tank will last 2 full nights for me.I like it enough that I'm ordering one for my parents now.

It gives great output and allows you to put easential oil in bottom compartment, this having the function if a diffuser, which is great if sick and need some anti-viral boost by some drops of eucalyptus oil on bottom. If having trouble sleeping, you can out drops of lavender essential oil.

This product is visually elegant; simple design. There's barely any sound whilst running. The top water fill feature is great. I love the night mode! I gave 4 stars because I truly believe the product would be perfect if it had 2 top spouts going in opposite directions. I would purchase this item again. The price is also reasonable, I believe.

I purchased this humidifier and initially it has a little water dripping out. But after I contacted Customer Service and they quickly helped me to resolve the issue. Overall, the product has been working fine now. The customer service is also excellent! Highly Recommended for this product and the Levoit manufacturer.

J'utilise depuis 3 mois. Hier j'avais un problème. J'ai rempli, il ne fonctionner pas , la lumière clignotée et il s'éteint. J'ai débranché Vidé, remis de l'eau il fonctionne très bien. Il était déprogrammé??En lisant les commentaires : J'ai vu que de nombreuses personnes disaient qu'il y avait des fuites et que cela déborder.C'est normal qu'il y ait une accumulation d'eau dans la base, au bout de quelques jours. Il faut toujours vider, il y a un niveau à respecter toujours vérifier avant de remplir le réservoir Principal.Je vide, tous les 4 jours. Quand j'ai reçu mon humidificateur, il était dans un sac de plastique pas de mode d'emploi ni de garantie. J'ai découvert au fur et mesure. Je suis satisfaite.Je recommande.Nolwenn

Generally it is a good product with high quality material. But it is too small for a master bedroom. I have to refill the water before I go to bed every night. I want to select the minimum mode, but the blue light is always on. For me, it's shiny during the dark, that bothers me alot. So I have to select the sleep mode with the light off, but the sleep model has the maximum mist, that empty the tank fast. I might change it to a large tank.

I love this humidifier. It's super quiet and the night mode is great to reduce ambient light in the bedroom. It allows for use of essential oils, but best of all it's so easy to fill and does not leak. You can remove the reservoir and fill at the sink, or you can lift the top cap, which is as wide as the unit, and fill with a pitcher without having to carry reservoir to the sink.

Expect to refill each day.Top fill is a great feature.Using filtered water prevents calcium buildup.The noise level is very acceptable, almost helps put me to sleep.It's simple to use. Does what it says it will do, and nothing more.NOTE THERE IS NO HUMIDISTAT! So you can't choose a humidity level you want it to stop at, BUT I never found those work well on humidifiers anyway.
