Gluten-free bagel dogs
My husband has been on a gluten-free diet for years. He is always looking for ways to create the flavors and consistency of bread products he grew up with. He successfully made gluten-free and kosher bagel dogs with this tapioca flour starch.

Can’t use this as a substitute for the real thing

Great for Frying
Have yet to use this as a real flour substitute -- I don't have any gluten issues. I did, however, want to use this for deep frying, as tapioca flour is supposed to be great for achieving crispy coatings. And this product did not fail in the least. Was very happy frying off some onion rings, and separately made some fried fish for a take on fish 'n chips. Solid performance all around and would happily use again.

Product obviously damaged and won’t give me the option to replace. Other items in the box were also covered in flour.

The item has less than one year to its expiration date.

fine flour starch
would have preferred to know the weight per 1/4 cup. I like to weigh the flour versus spoon it into a cup. Just started to use it (I mix my own flour mix). Will be able to tell its impact on my baked goods in future but should be very good if the data on the bag is accurate.
