It drew blood...
There is an unprotected piece of the zip at the base of it which rubbed my chest during my first run in it, and drew blood. Now I have a scar. The bra might have stopped any bounce - I can't remember as I was just trying to ignore the pain, stuff the hem of my t-shirt under it to reduce the rubbing and get home. The run was a disaster and I am very disappointed with this item.

Great bra, good support and comfortable
I have two of these in black and pink and I love them. I am a size 40DD and I carry my weight on top. Most sports bras end up squeezing bits of back fat or side boob out in the weirdest places. These do not. The back is wide and full coverage and it's very easy to put on without you feeling like you've just had a workout getting it clasped. It's also super comfortable and very supportive. It washes well and keeps it's shape. I'll definitely buy one again in the future.

Great for runs
Was very impressed with this bra - I had been looking for some supporting sports bra for my daily run but couldn't justify the 50 quid price tag on more recognised brands on the high street.I decided to take a chance on Syrokan having never heard of them before but seeing a number of positive reviews online.I'm so glad I did. I ordered the bras on Friday and they were sitting on my desk by Tuesday morning which I was very impressed with since I ordered from Ireland.I found the fit was as described; I'm a 34D and that's what I got, there was no room left for bounce and the bra once closed was very comfortable and secure. I had ordered the pink bra and would say that the colour is not a vivid as depicted in the image which was a bit disappointing; its still a bright pink, but not the shocking hot pink I was hoping for.One point is that with this being a front zip closing bar, it can be a little difficult to get on, especially in warmer weather when your hands are a little bit sweaty. But I think it's safe to say that if it was any looser/easier to close, I wouldn't get the same support/security in the bra when running so its a price I'm happy to pay. Besides, the bra comes with a little hook and eye type fastener on the front to keep the sides together while you try to close it so it makes it much easier than it could be.All in all, so glad I've given this brand chance. I don't think I'll be bothering with any other brands going forward.

Not a sports bra
This is a really comfortable bra but is certainly not suitable for High Impact sports such as jogging or dancing. Use for low impact activities such as walking, yoga, or pilates. The small plastic retaining hook (to stop the zip from coming down during exercise) is a great idea but is thin and looks like it may not last. A metal hook and eye would have been a much better idea. The only reason for docking 2 stars is that there is nowhere near enough support for medium impact sports let alone the high impact it is advertised as being suitable for.

New favourite bra
I ordered this as a 'comfort bra' to wear around the home, as my usual underwire one digs in. Wasn't expecting it to be so supportive and comfortable! I now wear this every day and, at that price, have been able to order another. I'm not sure why I didn't discover front closing bras sooner. No more back or underarm fat! Amazing. I had to sew the straps up to tighten them, as no adjuster, but a minor hassle for a life-changing garment.Note that it does minimise and flatten breasts slightly. This was the effect I was after, but may not be for some people. Great because I can wear it under blouses without having the 'button' issue.Wore to a 12 hour shift at work, and no discomfort or rubbing. Stayed in place all day. As I have quite large breasts for my frame, finding a bra that supports without the pain is immense. Not sure how long it will last yet, but so far, would highly recommend.

Perfect fit
Really pleased with this bra. I got my usual bra size. Can take a bit of getting used to if you're not familiar with zip up bra's that have hooks as well. It looks great, it's very supportive- I really like that it zips high up my chest and I don't feel much bounce. I use it for indoor cycling, body combat, bodystep, yoga and bodypump.

Ideal comfort following breast surgery
This is THE bra to wear following my double mastectomy with reconstruction - it has helped with the post op support & excess fluid. Believe me, I've tried a few! Will be ordering a spare - so comfortable & the extra clip at the top - genius!

So Comfortable!
This is just what I needed and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and the comfort it offers when wearing. After reading other reviews, I went up a size in the back measurement but not the cup size (so bought a 36D instead of a 34D) and it fits perfectly. It's not too tight to be uncomfortable but tight enough to offer support.I purchased this more as a sleep bra as it has no wires rather than a sports bra but I did jump up and down a few times to test it out and nothing was out of place, it certainly feels like it gives enough support if that's why you plan on buying it.It looks more expensive than it is, nice mesh crossover design on the back and to the cups at the front as shown. The front zip is extremely handy, no reaching round or trying to pull it over your head and it doesn't dig in at all. It has a small clip at the top of the zip to stop it coming undone but I never fasten this and have had no issues. The straps are very comfortable and fairly wide to balance weight and not dig into your shoulders. It comes up quite high, so if I wear a normal cami vest top then you can see the top of the bra but it just looks like another top underneath, I don't think anyone would immediately think it was a bra.All in all, very impressed and would buy again.
