Knott's Berry Farm, Pure Preserves, Boysenberry, 16oz Jar (Pack of 4)

We love Knotts Berry Farm preserves. Their boysenberry is the original and the best flavor. They don't seem to be readily available any more. We were glad to find these! Great, as always!

I grew up in So Cal and now live on the east coast. You can't buy this product in local grocery stores - at least where I live. I've been buying it online for a number of years now. It's pricey, but as far as I am concerned, the cost is justified as I have little indulgences. I did have one issue with my last purchase of four jars. When the box arrived it has sustained some type of accident. Three of the four jars were broken. Amazon does not refund this type of product on line, so a quick phone call to Amazon and matter was quickly remedied and I ordered four more jars. Thank you Amazon!

I used to love boysenberry jam and boysenberry pies. I've lamented not seeing it anymore, but a friend gave me a jar of Scandinavian boysenberry jam. It was great, but I remembered sitting in a covered Calistoga wagon on Pacific Coast Highway as a child 70 years ago in Buena Park, California, which was then called Knott's Berry Farm. There was no "park" back then. They sold boysenberry products and later became known also for their fried chicken. I was shocked to find the jam on Amazon. It was as good as I remembered. Then I read that Knott's actually created the boysenberry in the 1930's! Now I'm trying to grow some.

I love boysenberries and this is the very best!

I did not like trying to eat with glass shards in it. Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for refunds or returns, so beware. I've ordered other Knotts items appropriately packed for shipping and they were very tasty.

Knotts farms products have a long history of great quality and great flavors. I enjoy this very much as the amount of fruit in this jam is so valuable compared to other brands. The price in this case was expensive but I am worth the extra treat that this product provides. Yum!

All you need is some small square white biscuits and you are back to the original Knott's experience. Very happy it is still available.
