Very Good But Not Perfect
So I've had this thing for a little over a year now and used it for over 50 Events... here are my thoughts. This is THE BEST Bluetooth receiver for professional use. HOWEVER professionals don't usually use Bluetooth due to reliability issues. Despite this device being the best Bluetooth receiver I could find, it does cut out occasionally if you get too far or obstruct the direct line of sight even if your device is close. This isn't something you can plug in and walk 50 feet away from with your phone during an event and count on it to NOT cut out. because it will. I've also noticed when powering the BT-Pro V2 via USB every 10 or so minutes the music will cut for just a millisecond, its not extreme and most people in the crowd wont notice it but sometimes a few people look at you wondering what happened. Powering the BT-Pro v2 with Phantom power negates that issue. To sum it up as long as the BT-Pro v2 is powered via Phantom power and your device is right next to it the entire event it will work just fine for professional use

I made it about 25-30ft in line of sight
As others have warned, the short distance before cutting In and out was surprising given the high cost. Having said that, the audio quality is superb. I really only wanted to be untethered while I was holding it and playing music at the FOH desk. And still display the mixer app. Works beautifully for that on an iPod mini
