ekit Unlocked Dual-SIM Cell Phone with International SIM Card with $10.00 Credit

I got this phone (which looks like a burner - whether that gives me street cred or not I don't know) and it comes with $10 credit. So it's sort of just $25.Anyway, the sim card was hard to put in, because it's like three different sizes like one of those Russian stacking dolls, and it came apart and then it took a minute to go together, but it did work. The battery on mine seemed to last pretty well, definitely longer than just one call. On the other hand, some people had a difficult time hearing me on the other end of the line. And it's a little difficult to get used to not having a QWERTY keyboard, but not that bad.

This phone worked just as advertised and it enabled my son to keep in touch with us during a trip to France. Reasonably priced and served the needs while providing clear communication.

Waste of money...could not get it to work at home so we could test it out before travelling...caled for assistance three times...company never could figure out why it did not work...told me just to take it with me and try it in other countries and it would probably work...now travelling and can text but not call

Never worked, left me stranded with no way to contact the people I needed to contact! 😡

DO NOT BUY!!!!. I purchased this phone through their website and it is a piece of junk. I was going on a cruise to Bermuda and thought this would be a great way to stay in touch for the three days we were there. I wish I would of read all the bad reviews before I left, I would of never purchased it. Before I left I called their customer service because it says this phone will not wrong in the USA and a few other countries. The rep told me that it would work in Bermuda and their should not be any problems. I was still a little nervous it would not work, because of all the bad reviews.When I turned the phone on in Bermuda, it said welcome to Jamaica and then gave me a message . I needed to activate the sim card.I tried numerous times to make a call and finally it worked, but only one time, i got to call my 84 yr old Mom. It never worked again. I emailed the company and they keep telling me I was dialing wrong. I got so frustrated and the last email I sent to them, I said I'm tried of wasting my vacation on this phone and also using internet minutes I purchased on the cruise ship to hear them tell me I was dialing wrong. I WAS NOT, THE PHONE DID NOT WORK. I'm mad about spending $70 on this phone, ( I purchase extra minutes) they also told me I can't get my money back because I did make one call. This is why I'm going to write as many bad reviews about this phone & company, so no one else loses money.

I bought a Telestial JT Smart 2 Android for use while cruising. I tried it out at home before leaving the country. It did not work and the company was no help. When we got out of the country, it did not work, but it did use all my airtime credit trying to get it to send a text. It shows a full battery, but will not turn on at all. I definitely do NOT recommend dealing with this company.

Purchased this from a Best Buy vending machine while in Italy. It never even turned on once. Dead battery that won't take a charge. No online help is available and the website it lists for help has 0 references for this phone. DO NOT BUY.
