No measurement guides or pre-drilled holes for attaching the top to the legs/base.
The desk was shipped quickly and arrived when advertised. I was given only one tracking # for the box containing the legs and base which arrived first. Since I did not have a second tracking # I thought Uncaged made an error with my order. I contacted them and they replied the next day apologizing for the confusion letting me know that the second box containing the top had shipped and supplied me with the second tracking #.The top arrived with some damage on one of the front corners (photos attached.) I assume it happened during shipping. I am just putting this corner against the wall. I gave Uncaged feedback on this and I'll see what they have to say. There are no measurement guides or pre-drilled holes for attaching the top to the legs/base. You need to measure and center the base to the top yourself. Again, no included guides for this. Also, you need to use your best judgement as to how wide to spread/separate the legs and support bars before screwing the top to the base. Not a big deal, just adjust leg width, measure well and center before drilling/screwing.Be careful with how tight you drill the screws when attaching the base and control box to the top. One of the photos I've attached shows some dimpling on the top surface from some of the screws. I probably should have pre-drilled some small starter holes to help avoid this.Once assembled, the desk feels nice and sturdy. The base is heavy duty and the legs adjust very smoothly. I have two 27 inch monitors on the top and everything feels nice and stable. Overall, I am pleased with the desk.6/23/22 Edit: In my feedback to Uncaged, I did not specifically request a replacement for the damaged top piece to the desk. However, I received a message from them today that they are sending a replacement. I have had a very positive experience with their customer service.

Very good, but hard to assemble
Once the table is built, it works great. However, it was very hard to build, because there were no pre existing holes tp put the screws in. The table is also a little too tall for me, even in it's lowest setting.

Excellent product for the money!
I just received my new desk a couple of days ago. The directions to put the desk together are a bit challenging and need to be in bigger print. Also, the installation parts need to be clearly labeled in the diagram. There are no pre-drilled holes in the desk top to connect the base, so you have to take good measurements. If you're pretty handy, the desk is fairly easy to put together. Once I got it together, it works great and is very durable and sturdy. Would recommend this desk to others. Again, only challenging part is trying to follow the hard to read directions!

Good solid product.
This is a well made solid product. It was easy to assemble unless you have no ability with tools. It is a bit heavy so assemble close to desired location. The lift motors are smooth and quiet. The top was damaged during delivery but the seller made good on it. The memory works well. I'm happy with the final resilt.

Makes an awesome gaming desk
The media could not be loaded. I needed a new gaming desk, so as I was shopping around I came across different brands of electric adjustable desks, hmmmmm adjustable you say? I liked the sound of this and after weeding through most of them on price, features and size, I chose the Rise Up 60x30 black laminate desk from Uncaged Ergonomics. The desk arrived in two packages, the base came first, the top came a few days later. Now, when the base showed up it said the desk was delivered leaving me in a bit of a panic because I had no tracking number or anything to confirm the top had been shipped. I immediately contacted Uncaged Ergonomics and with a quick response, I was given a tracking number and was assured it was on its way. Both are here and.....The base and the top come well packaged and protected, the top comes in its own cardboard box with a big piece of soft thin styrofoam on both sides. There were a couple small, and I mean very small nicks on the edge of the top but were easily covered up with a black magic marker, the very top was in pristine condition. The nicks were so small, I won't knock a star because you can no longer see or notice them. For shipping the top clear across the USA, I have to consider it in excellent condition. The base arrived in a box with all pieces in their own plastic bag nestled in their own styrofoam compartments. There were 0 nicks, dings or scratches on the base pieces, all are pristine as well. So, after unpacking everything and having a closer look, I said with a big smile on my face, let's put this beautiful desk together. The instructions are well written and shows which screws go where, I double checked to make sure I was using the right ones and before I knew it, the base was together. Most if not all the base screws are allen head, an allen wrench is supplied. With the base together, I decided to check to see if everything works, connected it all up, plugged it in and nothing. If this happens don't panic, simply hold the up and down arrows in on the control box until you hear a beep, it should then start lowering automatically and be ready for use. You'll need to do this anytime the desk loses power. Now I'm almost giggling with excitement because it's time to connect the top. I watched the video of assembly and notice they show the spacers that go in between the base and top are optional. You want to use the spacers for two reasons. 1) Antivibration 2) Using the spacers lets a small gap between the base and top which allows you to use zip ties for cable management. Without the spacers, you'll need some other form of cable management. The base is adjustable in width and the wider you can make the base the more sturdy your desk will be, I set it so the arms are 3 inches in from either side of the top and it is rock solid sturdy. You can also offset the top, front to back if you wish as it's customizable.Hmmmmmm, customizable you say?To attach the top, the desk is upside down. With the base in place with the spacers, I drilled out the holes and hand screwed it tight. I made a keyboard tray and added an under desk headphone hook, installing these and doing the cable management while the desk is upside down is much easier. Once done, flipped it upright and added two RGBIC led strip lights around the edge of the desk to reflect off the white walls. I can slide the keyboard try under the desk to help keep the dust off when I'm not using my pc.Things I needed for assembly:Tape measureCordless drillSmall drill bitScrewdriverLevelBlack zip tiesMake sure all your cables and cords are long enough to raise the desk, other wise you could damage something. Also, make sure all cables and cords are clear of the legs as to not get pinched when lowering the desk. A good option for me was a 10 foot TROND power strip. What I like most is I can move the desk up or down with the push of a button to get the keyboard to the perfect comfortable height, no more arms falling asleep while playing games. It can be manually adjusted with the up or down buttons and has 4 programmable channels to suit your height for anything. It's quiet, on a noise level scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 2 at most.Because this desk is customizable during assembly, the possibilities are endless and limited only by your imagination. I love everything about this desk, It turned out better than expected, I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
