This product is totally worthless -- I tried for about three hours to get it connected to Alexa and my home network -- instructions are super confusing and it never did connect...I wish I could give it ZERO starsDon't buy this one,

There were quite a few negative reviews and I was a little leary about the product but I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the setup as it needed no app and actually installed as a switch and a light which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone that needs this combo as this product works great.

I mistakenly thought these were dimmers, NOT, they only dim the nightlight built into the bottom of the device. They are NOT dimmers, only on and off. A little tricky to program for Alexa. I'll be returning these for something else.

I tried setting up the plug multiple times but it just doesn’t connect. You’re supposed to enter an email to activate it but the email never comes. I double checked the WiFi password and reset this thing like 10 times.

Very convenient way to turn lights or other appliances into smart appliances with their app or with Alexa. Integrated with Alexa beautifully. I called their customer service when I installed them (my bad, not theirs) and they actually answered and fixed the issue instantly, and they have worked perfectly ever since.

Se entregó en bolsa dentro de otra caja, por el mal manejo de la carga está roto.Lo probé y funciona pero deben tener más cuidado con los empaques.Si salió así de fabrica es un problema de calidad que una empresa tan grande no debe tener jamás. Esto es tanto con Amazon así como Broadlink.
