We use these lighters everyday and have had no issues in over a year of heavy daily use. They have probably been refilled over 25 times each and we've never had a problem filling (learn to burp/purge a butane lighter).The only thing I've had to do other than refilling is, every now and then, I'll scrape carbon/soot off the wire so it will spark better.I don't doubt some of the negative reviews, but at least for us these have been great and at the price point, feel they are a good value and would buy again.

I really like these lighters. I kept one and gave one as a gift. They come individually boxed and with a pouch. They hold a large amount of butane (you can see with a smoke colored see through body). It is not as adjustable on the low end as I would like but they do put out like a mini blow torch.

work well and are effective. size is nice, but at the same time, there is not a whole lot of butane in them, and they burn through it moderately quickly. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of. Also remember you have to buy butane separately, these do not come full. Otherwise, they give a nice controlled flame that is easy to use. I have been using it for paracord work and they are a medium size flame (could be finer, but have definitely seen bigger).

I bought this pack of lighters in early 2021 and I just had my first one breakdown this past weekend after two years. the only reason it even stopped working was because I accidentally washed it with my uniform. I’m a KBBQ server so I probably use this lighter consistently for 10-12 hours 5 days a week. That’s a lot of wear and tear on these lighters and they have outlasted so many other types/brands I’ve used. Could not recommend more!!! Especially if you work in the same field !!!

These are not operational lighters, you cannot fill them with butane, it just spits it back out. I know most people will brush this comment off as me being someone who doesn't know how to properly operate a torch lighter, but that is not the case at all, I know how to fill a torch lighter and that the right adapter is needed and that you need to 'bleed' or 'purge' a lighter if air becomes trapped in it... Neither of those are the problem, they weren't made functional, they do not work, and will not work whatever you do or try. Please also note that there are a good number of positive reviews for the product.... These reviews are genuine and not fake reviews, however this product page has changed products many times, just read the reviews, some refer to a flashlight, some to a torch lighter and some to a chargeable arc lighter... I can guarantee you that none of the positive reviews are for this specific torch lighter, and it's beyond me why Amazon allows sellers to change what the product is and use the exact same product page including all the reviews for the previous product.

I usually don’t write Amazon reviews but I felt I had to for this item because it works so well. Granted I just received today so I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a lot of use out of them.A few reviews mentioned they were difficult to fill, but I had no issues and liked that the fuel reservoir is slightly transparent so I can actually see the level. Definite plus.It’s very comfortable to use with its specific shape. Flame height has a nice range of adjustment. No flaws to report (so far).

We have 6 of these in a drawer now that are inoperable! And honestly I will admit that 1 maybe 2 could be from not fully going thru the full recommended filling procedure. Mainly the turning the setting to the lowest setting to fill was not done every time! Ok I've taken some heat < (get it) off LCfun even though this may not be true or necessary.Now as far as using premium butane- that's being done, as far as relieving internal pressure prior to filling it's done 90% of the time, and short blasts to not overfill is easy to accomplish due to the clear, viewable reservoir. The actual life expectancy is the part that is unacceptable. I mean this model is affordable totally, yet I am sure that 6-8 months is the average for all with I know a couple being about 3-4 months. So I have no problem tearing into any butane lighter but will say that both the ones I worked on I'm sure the orifice being a blue green and plugged has been common on each one that's quit working. So I hope that personnel may reach out to suggest or possibly be able to help with repair, recondition for a reasonable fee?! Hell I'll pay one way on these baby's to get back to makin heat!!

Love the size, refillable is easy to use BUT after a few months of use, the torch flame goes down quite often and have to turn it up 💯 to just get it to stay on. Pressure seems to be off and tried but not the same as it wasnew.Update... still working as good as out of tge box. Just needed a little learning curve. Flame works BEST in warmer weather. Warming it up first before cold use is best. Dont try to fill butane storage 100 percent, 80 percent is plenty and is about as full as you can fill it. Recommend and ordering more now.
