ME-100 34mm/1.33" Inch Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone Capsule for Professional Recording Studio Microphone MIC Accessory Sound Head Spare Parts

I bought this diaphragm because, as others have speculated, it appears to be identical to the more expensive product sold on a website which sells microphone parts. I can't confirm if this diaphragm came from the same factory as the microphone parts diaphragms but the build quality is very inferior. The arrows in the attached photo show ripples on the surface of what should be a perfectly smooth diaphragm. The ripples appear to be caused by over tightening the screw which attaches the connecting wire to the surface of the diaphragm. This renders the diaphragm useless.I wouldn't be surprised if these diaphragms were rejected by microphone parts. Do yourself a favor and buy the real thing.
