Perfect for quick pumps and on-the-go!
This little pump has seriously saved me more times than I can count! I got the Medela Harmony as a backup to my electric pump, and I’ve ended up using it way more than expected. It’s lightweight, quiet, and super easy to toss in a diaper bag. Great for travel, middle-of-the-night sessions, or if I just need to pump one side real quick. The 2-phase handle is genius—it mimics baby’s sucking rhythm, and I’m usually able to get a decent amount in just a few minutes. The PersonaFit Flex shields are comfy and don’t dig in like older-style flanges.Definitely a must-have for moms who want a simple, reliable manual pump to supplement with.

My favourite out of the many I've tried
I have tried quite a few pumps in the last 11 weeks but this one has been my favourite by far. Easy to put together, simple to clean and a great size. The pump itself is nice and quiet too so I can get away with pumping quietly as baby sleeps. I do tend to massage/compress as I pump to get more out of each session but I find that this pump works quite efficiently on its own too.

DO NOT PURCHASE
DO NOT buy this pump! The reviews makes it seem like everyone “raves” about it, but it’s honestly the worst pump I’ve ever tried. Makes me wonder how many people with bad experiences actually write reviews. I found that tons of people posted on Reddit that this pump was awful after the fact. I barely got 2oz out every time I used it. The valve it comes with does not provide enough suction and even changed it out for a duck valve. When pumping you could hear the pump hiss and lose suction. I’ve disassembled and checked that all of the parts are intact and assembled correctly about 10 times during each attempt at pumping. I’ve had this pump for about a week and have tried to use it multiple times a day every day since getting it. Honestly this is highly disappointing and they don’t even let you return the product so you’re stuck with their horrible pump while they keep your money.

Good pump for very good price
Bought this hand pump prior to having my baby as I didn’t want to spend lots if it wasn’t needed. Thought the price was really good as many I’ve seen are a lot more expensive. Pump is easy to setup and clean. Easy to use, although I do find it often loses suction. The handle sometimes doesn’t work either and I have to move it into an awkward position to get it to pump. However, for the price, I think it’s really good.

Best manual pump I've tried.
I’ve tried quite a few pumps—two different electric models and three manual ones—and always struggled. They were either painful, didn’t fit right, or just didn’t yield much milk. Since switching to this manual pump, it’s been a completely different experience. The oval-shaped flange molds so much better to my breast, which makes pumping far more comfortable and less painful. I’m finally able to express more milk with less effort, and it feels like my pumping sessions are much more productive overall. For anyone who has struggled with fit or pain with other pumps, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try. It’s been a real game-changer for me.

Nice Item but it Didn't Work for Me
I bought this milk collector on the recommendation of my infant feeding team. My baby was a very slow feeder and I wanted to start topping him up with some expressed milk when I didn't have time to sit and give him a full feed. The theory being I could collect my let-downs over the course of a day and put them together to make a full bottle. In reality I found it very difficult to get the vacuum strong enough to keep the bottle attached to my breast. It is useful that the pump came with a lanyard to stop the milk from spilling because the bottle was always falling off during feeds. This wasn't helped by the fact that the bottle often got in the way when I was breastfeeding, I found feeding my son in an underarm hold was the best way to stop this being an issue. The silicone bottle itself seems a very good quality for the price. The lid and stopper are a nice addition, especially if you are going to store it in the fridge between feeds. It is easy to clean and sterilise.Unless you have a very heavy let down I'm not sure this product is worth it. At most feeds I only collected 5-10ml, sometimes less. I didn't consider the extra effort worth it for the small amount of breast milk saved, so I gave up using it after a week.I didn't find the collector useable as a pump either, as squeezing the bottle often just caused the funnel to detach from my chest. I expressed far more milk using a conventional manual pump.In summary, this collector didn't work for me but it seems like a well made item that could be worthwhile to prevent milk wastage if you have a heavy let down.
