Keds Women's Chillax Chukka Fashion Sneaker

As I'd read, these are snug across the top of my feet near the middle of my foot/arch because the stitching around the laces is pretty thick and sturdy. I was hesitant to go up a size since I didn't want them to be too long, and as I thought there still is room at the end of the toe so another 1/2 size might make them too long (I wear an 8). I tried them on wearing thin below-ankle socks and felt like if I don't wear socks they'll get gross and my skin will rub against the seams. That said, just wearing them around my apartment for 20 minutes I felt they already started to loosen up a bit. I think in time they'll stretch and loosen up, so I'm not too worried about it. I saw someone else said they were able to use a shoe stretcher. They look snazzy and until they stretch I probably won't wear them for really extended periods of time or if I know I'm going to be walking a ton. Just be aware they are long and narrow, but there seems to be room to give. I'm willing to risk it.

I LOVE these shoes. They are super comfortable and easy to slip on. I always wear them with socks so that has helped the longevity of them. They have a really cute trendy look to them that I think is timeless. I have the charcoal black color and I love the subtly faded color. I've had them for over a year and they've held up pretty well. I had a similar pair of the low top keds that got a hole in the toe pretty quickly so I'm a bit worried that these will end up with that fate. But you can't expect a ton of longevity out of a shoe made of cloth. I've bought a back up pair for when that time comes.

These shoes took a day of getting used to. The length is longer than my normal classic Keds, so thicker socks work a little better (but make it slightly harder to get the shoe on). I also notice that when I walk my heel sometimes steps on or rubs against the rubber sole since there is no structure around the heel (it's just fabric around the heel). They're also less breathable than the classic keds. That being said, I love the way they look and find them comfortable now that I've broken them in.

I love these shoes. So much so, I've worn them out after a few years. Now they're unavailable to buy :(. Please reconsider I NEED another pair! I have wide feet but they broke in pretty quick. True to size.

LIke this shoe a lot...very cute. It's a typical "Keds" fit in length and width ( I have over 25 pairs of Keds shoes), but I found it hard to actually get my foot in shoe and had to use a shoe horn. This surprised me but guess it's the way the upper fabric is cut. But once I got my foot in, it felt fine. That's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Definitely ran narrow. I'm usually a solid size 7.5, went up to an 8 in these, and while they technically fit, they were extremely difficult to get on and the seams inside the show rubbed just from walking around my room in them. The seams in Keds always seem to rub a little, but these seams were even more prominent than the ones on my other Keds, and I could just imagine the rubbing I'd get if I wore these for too long. They may be fine with socks, but then they'd definitely be too small width-wise. They're super cute, but since they don't fit well, I have to return them.

I am usually a size 7 and I bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. Enough room for me to wear a variety of sock thickness and still have it fit comfortably. I do have narrow feet which could allow me to have more room (wouldn’t necessary recommend the regular size if you have wide feet). Love the semi high top look and the fact that they are technically slide on shoes. Can’t go wrong with Keds. Would highly recommend!

Really love the style I already have the small sneaker in white but it does not have the tab to aid in getting the sneaker on but I find that the tab somewhat hurts the back of my foot. Perhaps because the shoe is slightly small.

I saw this on the Keds website and loved it, but after reading reviews I decided it just wasn't meant to be for me and my wide feet. Then I saw this listing and, with free shipping and returns, there was no risk. What the heck? I would either love them or return them. I bought my regular size and I do have to wriggle my feet a little bit to get these shoes on, and I will never be wearing them with socks, but once on they are so comfy you forget you are wearing them. The style of this shoe even makes my fat feet look slimmer, almost like normal feet. One shoe was perfect and one had a seam that was especially stiff and bothersome, but after half an hour of wear it loosened up and I don't think it is even worth replacing the pair. The fabric feels incredibly soft, the sole seem very sturdy (which is great, because I hope to keep these in my wardrobe for a very long time), and the sole is firmly connected to the fabric (another pair of Keds I bought needed repair at the fabric/side strip after only a week). Every summer I struggle to find a decently comfortable walking shoe and, for the first time ever in my life, I feel like I won't be regretting my decision after one outing and on the hunt again next summer.Will buy again and again and again as needed if repairs cease to be an option.
