first one missing a part, bought another one elsewhere to save time. happens, but the product is strong and works well if all parts present.

I bought this to use mostly as a beard trimmer, after a previous trimmer died. This is the worst beard trimmer I've ever had. I normally use a #1 length trimmer. With this trimmer, when I use the #1 attachment, it constantly grabs hairs and pulls them out, while being horribly inefficient as a trimmer. I have finally resorted to just taking the attachment off and trimming shorter. Even when doing that, it takes about 3 times as long as it used to with my previous trimmer. I would not recommend as a beard trimmer

WAHL is a common brand seen in barber shops, so I expected this to be of a quality that stood up to the standards of professionals. I was excited that this set comes with three interchangeable heads (for beard trimming, nose/ear trimming, and electric shaving) – not to mention four beard trimmer guide combs. When the set arrived I was brimming with joy at the potential for easy and convenient grooming of my unwieldly facial hair.Turns out I was a chump.This product disappointed me on several levels:The guide combs go on easily but do not come off easily. Half the time I popped off the entire beard trimmer head instead of just the guide comb.The plug for the charger does not insert completely into the trimmer. You are left wondering if it’s by shoddy design or user error, and whether or not it’s really charging.The electric shaver head is next to useless. Maybe it’s just the steel wool growing out of my neck or maybe it’s just inferior design.None of the four beard trimmer guides cut at a length that satisfies me. It’s either too short or too long. This is just personal preference, but you’d think with four attachments there would be something close enough for everyone.All-in-all, I don’t hate this product or the set. But I don’t like it either.

I have an obsession about eliminating hair in and on my ears. I don't have a lot, but it has been hard to eliminate. Until I started using this. The foil head easily reaches and removes the hair in and on my ears. It is also easy to clean. I'm not sure how long the battery lasts between charges, but I use it every day, have had it more than a month and have only charged it once. The round attachment is also better at getting rid of my nose hairs better than other similar ones I've used.

Very satisfied with this product. Have only been using a short period of time, otherwise I might give it five stars.

Some product and service

Avoid this model, buy one of Wahls made in USA trimmers instead. Breaks easily. Battery doesn't last long. Charger never seemed like it fit the port very well.

While the pictures show a small foil attachment, it is not in the kit. I specifically ordered it to replace my old Wahl trimmer that has this attachment.
