These bands are the same ones my physical therapist uses in their practice. They’re great! The gradation of tensions is exactly what I need and these really hold up. I injured my knee and use these bands both around my ankles and thighs for various exercises at home to build up the muscles around my knees. I’ve tried other brands but nothing matches the quality and durability of these.

I've ordered these three times so clearly I'm a repeat customer. I re-order because me and these bands - - we've become good friends - - and they do their job just fine! I first used them for a Beachbody program - 80 Day Obsession - and they really were a valuable tool in helping me shape my body. But, I've found that after consistent use (5x/week) they last for about 3 months before they tear. My yellow, green, and blue bands all tore within days of each other. I think that's to be expected when you're stretching thin bands of rubber over and over for that long. However, because they don't last, I do think that at $17 they are quite overpriced, which is why I gave 4 stars.

I like to travel...some places do not have workout areas. I use these in my office, hotel room and sometimes at home. Good for a leg workout while working as an accountant. I try not to be the average accountant who is overweight, out of shape and on a hand-full of pills daily. These help.

Out of all the physical therapists I've used, the one I've respected the professionalism and effectiveness of the most uses this brand. Forget all the thin, disappointing other brands, get these.

Arrived as expectes

Black colored band snapped after about a year of weekly use. About 800 reps total. Not sure if that's good or bad. The snap was loud and might have hurt bystanders if hit in the face.

I bought these bands to train large groups of young athletes and they have held up beautifully!

I teach fitness classes and these blue bands are perfect. The blue bands are my favourite resistance. Cost effective, easy to clean. Since they are not fabric they do tend to break easier. I have purchased these multiple times and will continue to do so. Over all great product.
