Worth every penny
I got this for my dad as a secondary phone. I was just surprised they had earphones, silicone case, tempered glass, charger, all included in the pack. The only downside is the ringer is slightly low otherwise it's a fantastic phone good for normal everyday use. I won't mind keeping this device as my primary as I am a light user i just need phone only to communicate. Definitely go for it. Thanks Alcatel for manufacturing such a good unit. The time I purchased it was priced 5k now its 7k so. Obviously it seems like the phone is gaining popularity now

Product failure. Disappointed.
Alcatel 5 V purchased on 9-5-24 not working, efforts to contact customer care by mobile/e-mail are in vain. Please help.

Worst camera ,sound output is very low
Better to avoid buying this mobile .Cam quality is worst ,Sound output is very low.Screen resolution is ok for this price

Camera or Gallary is old need new update for this
Very good mobile in this price range,phone touch response like a water 👍 or apps working very good , everything is ok but gallery photo pinch zoom or camera app is not good please improve or update old camera app with new👍
