It works with the drill turning anti-clockwise, with a bigger extraction bit.Instructions could be better, at least for DIY newbies like me. I wish I had watched the video in this comment section before trying for over an hour with frustration.

got for exhaust bolt that snapped of drilled in to bolt then used extractor to get it out worked well

I picked this up as I was tired of fiddling with pliers and rubber bands removing stripped screws. I've never used one of these before, and the instructions were a little too simplistic to be clear so I ended up having to use a video online to figure out which end to use first. Outside that, they do the job well so if you know what you're doing or are comfortable finding online information this will be a good choice.

Ordered these as many times we've had a screw that we can't get out as been rounded. Not ysed yet .

Very good product

I had an Allen bolt that wasn't budging and had rounded off. Once this gripped on its gets a really right hold and unscrewed it. I've used it once so I can't say for durability. The box doesn't have that graphic slip inside it. Obviously no big deal but I wish they would just take pictures of the actual product and not just use these computer generated images. I would recomend.

Item is good value for the price. It does not seem to be as hard or well grooved as a previous set I had. But seems to do the job ok.

Had 3 screws damaged to various degrees, manged to remove all 3. Had to fiddle around a little, most important thing is that you need to take it slow and be patient.
