Had one of these applied after my hysterectomy by the NHS and while it seems to be doing the job just fine, there is a huge design flaw in that when it is working it makes a droning *buzz...buzz...buzz...* sound, constantly which is definitely not autism friendly. Coming home with it, out of the house of the hospital, I can't sleep, it's driving me crazy and making my post-surgery migraine worse.It may be ideal for some and, again, I'm only a few days post-op, so can't say how well it works, but on a sensory level? I wouldn't recommend.
