Amazing Copper Cleaner
After reading the other reviews, I decided to order Mauviel and give it a try on some copper-bottom pans I inherited from my mom. It worked like magic! Smooth, easy-to-wash paste, and I didn't even use gloves! My pans are about 40 years old and have great sentimental value to me and I am delighted they are now bright and shiny. Mauviel is worth the extra cost for the ease of use and gentle, but effective formula.

It Saved My Decorative Pots!
We renovated our kitchen with french country style and decided to hang some copper pots. We realized after purchasing the beautiful pot hanger that the pots were so incredibly expensive. We found a beautiful set on Amazon and the reviewers said the pots were gorgeous until used, and then were never to look the same. We purchased the pots because we never planned on using them and they were a great price. I steamed clothing nearby and the pots could not be salvaged for hanging anymore. I tried every home remedy and other cleaners, and was ready to return the pots until trying the Mauviel Copperbrill. It made my pots shine with it's original beauty! It truly was a miracle cleaner for them and was so easy to use. It restored pots that were on it's way to be shipped back! What an excellent product!!

Easiest copper cleaning I have encountered
Cleaning copper cookware is never easy. This product does not magically make things shine but it has let me see more of that clean copper sheen on the bottoms of my cookware than any other product I have used. It also has significantly decreased the elbow greas needed to get to the final result. This is most apparent from the results in crevases and corners. Again, don't expect your cookware to look like new, but you will reach the cleaner end result faster and with less work. Worth the extra money for me.

It Works
This copper cleaner is like a miracle product. I used it on a copper sugar pot and a copper bowl that were so tarnished that I thought there was no chance of it coming off. I had been using Wenol and lemon juice with kosher salt, what a waste of time. When I applied Copperbrill the tarnish was gone instantly with little or no effort. I thought it was a little pricey, however it is worth it. I would highly recommend this copper cleaner.

Waste of money
If I could give this zero stars I would. I don’t understand all the great reviews. It took me an hour and a ton of elbow grease on one small pot to get mediocre results. Before I started on the next pot I searched for a better option. Turns out the better option is much cheaper and I already had them in my cabinet. White vinegar and salt. I made a paste, let it sit and rinsed. Done.

Mauviel Copper Cleaner
Did a good job - not great - on regular copper items. Was hoping it would help remove what is left of a shellac finish on others. Did nothing. The items cleaned were nice for only a couple of days and then required more polishing to keep them brilliant looking. I love copper, but it is a bear to keep clean and shining. For normal copper cleaning, you will be pleased but if expecting more than an average copper cleaner will provide - it is questionable.

Show your copper some love!
Best copper polish on the market, hands down! I've used this for years and it has never let me down. It is incredibly easy to use and works very quickly with very little effort. I polished (half heartedly, used very light pressure) one side of my kettle and was delighted at how great it looked! So yourself and your copper a favor and buy this!

Works well
This copper cleaner works well but it is messy. I expected a thicker cream I guess but it is rather thin so I had a bit of a mess when I pulled out the sponge cup. I used a small amount to clean the black spots off my copper pot and it worked very well. I had to do very little rubbing, then I rinsed, dried and my pot looked new again. I will continue to use this product but will be prepared for the runny consistency in the future.
