The media could not be loaded. This is my second time buying.First time I bought as a Christmas gift for my friend and he liked it.Now I bought it for myself and gosh.. It was so good.There are three levels and trust me, the first level can already blow your head off.User manual included, setting up takes around 5-10 min. I dont have a screw driver so I turned the screws and nuts using my bare hands.Will definitely recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. This arrived before it was expected so I was delighted as we are in the midst of quite a heatwave and have been having trouble sleeping at night it’s so warm. Packaging was bad, holes in the box and the fan itself although in bags in side the box had absolutely no protection and would have just been flying about the box. It looked like it had been opened before to be honest. However nothing seemed damaged and all the pieces were there. The instructions were ok but hard to decipher at times as the bits involved were not actually pictured only side on as a drawing. The instructions had pictures but they were hard to make out. A bit of head scratching went on but in the end it’s not that complicated. However, there is a very very small screw and nut that needs to be applied to the bottom of the metal guard to secure it in place. Maddening. Took 15 minutes of dropping the nut and trying to find the nut before eventually got the treads to meet and got it on. It works well. It is relatively quiet and has 3 speeds, putting out a decent amount of air movement. Ideal for what I wanted. Just a bit of a faff to put together

I’ve put together quite a few of this type of fan but this was by far the most awkward. The end result looks somewhat flimsy and the carrying handle does not sit squarely at the top. But it works on testing, so fingers crossed.

Perfect and still works

Stopped working after less than three months!!!! Blade rotation started, then stopped then eventually fully stopped. Fan releases a reasonable amount of breeze but is not a durable fan. I was hoping with this larger size fan that the additional breeze released would be worth the money. But NO! It’s an overpriced, faulty fan. I would recommend any Russell hobbs fan as an alternative, the breeze it releases isn’t as strong but at least it lasts longer (over a year) and is worth the money. This fan is not that powerful, but is a good size and is a quiet white noise in terms of background noise. But it is a WASTE OF MONEY. I want a refund!!!!
