The whole setup is fairly light and easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and it is well packed.I tried it a few times now and I am so pleased with this product. It's easy to fill up the water tank and it starts to produce the steam within seconds. It's easy to use and a neat size to store away. It dispenses a lovely fine mist all over the face. I find it relaxing to use as well as beneficial to my skin. This Facial steamer is very comfortable to use. Very sturdy & great value for money. I am extremely happy with this product. It creates a steady stream of very warm, but not hot vapour so don't worry about burning your skin.

I have been using it wveryday and my skin has improved greatly. The steam lasts a long time. I like the sleek design too. My only con is, i wish it had a swivel option where i can position it to my liking. Will still Recommend

This is a fabulous item, so easy to use and holds the perfect amount of water in the tank for the 10 minutes you use it for. A really good flow of steam so opens the pores nicely. Definitely a great purchase that you wouldn't regret. Also looks good.

Had already had one and bought this one as a gift. One switch operation, easy to use and produces enough steam to help open pores. Depending on the person sometimes need to use twice for full effectiveness.

Arrived broken

Very good product. Very powerful for such a compact machine. Very easy to use and also small enough to store anywhere. Used it twice now and my skin feels lovely and soft. I suffer with blackhead on my chin and even after only 2 uses my skin is clearing up! Highly recommended for a natural skincare product!

I think you have to be careful when buying new units, in with my experiencethis one is good and without any kind of issue. It’s very easy to use and hashelped to clear up my adult acne. Thanks for helping me get good skin!

Great facial steamer! I bought it after my gf bought one and was raving about it. If you are looking for an at home spa experience look no further, this steamer is for you! Super easy to use and it looks great on my bathroom counter. The steam is hot and covers I’m entire face. I would definitely purchase it again!

No mention of need to use distill water in the product description online. I use filtered water instead.

I love this steamer. It is simple to use and runs for just the right amount of time. Also there is no weird odor coming from the stream like some of the other steamers I've tried. This steamer has an even steam flow, no squirting water or getting burned. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a facial steamer.

Not good quality at all. Vert cheap plastic and it fell apart. ALso it would randomly stop working. Had to return it.

I am obsessed! I purchased an expensive steamer from Winners that was horrible. I was disappointed and immediately checked Amazon and came across this portable steamer. IT IS FANTASTIC! It's not too small and the steam lasts FOREVER! I couldn't believe how long the steam kept going when the bottle was tiny. Got at least 15 minutes of constant and consistent steam (lots of it too!). There is no temperature gauge but it heats up to an appropriate heat without being scalding hot or too cool. No excess water came out and it did not leak. I was also impressed with how fast it heated up and cooled down, I will definitely be buying one as a gift for my sister!
