Moog are very high quality for the money
This set of rear springs is manufactured in the USA. I used these to replace the factory coils, which were both broken on my 2010 Cobalt LT sedan. It was a very easy job. They ride very smoothly. The rear end sits a little high for a short period while they settle in/down. The really good thing is that I'll probably never have to touch these again since the springs will probably outlast the car.

Worth every penny! 💵
I am a car dealer and certified mechanic. 🧑🔧 I used these on a cobalt that had both rear springs broken completely thru! These were great replacements at less than half of the parts store cost! High quality 👍🏼 Easy to install 👍🏼 Returned the car to the correct ride height. ✅ Same as OEM stiffness ✅ They look great too! If you’re on the fence just get these! You will not be disappointed!

These restore a normal ride height and driving characteristics
I replaced the rear springs in my 2007 Cobalt LT with these MOOG CC81065 springs, and almost 3 months later I am still happy. I replaced them before a 6000 mile trip to visit family, and have done 13,000 miles since install and after the initial spring settling they ride better, without bottoming out the suspension on speed bumps and bridge transitions. They are just the right firmness, especially since the factory springs had become way too soft over 130,000 miles. I also replaced the struts and shocks, so that may play a part as well. You should replace them together in a car like this. The fact that they settled a bit and then stopped settling within the first several hundred miles tellse they were made correctly, and high quality. If I still have this car after another 100,000 miles I would buy another set of these springs, or whenever they need replacing after that. Very happy to restore the factory ride height so it doesn't bottom out the suspension anymore.

Good upgrade
Good springs, suspension was restored and did not need a coil spring compressor to install them. Worked great on my 2008 hhr ss.

Good product. No problems, easy install, they popped right into place on my 2009 G5, broken rear coils are very common on the delta platform cars (Chev Cobalt, Pontiac G5, Chev HHR, etc.) and my passenger side rear coil was broken when I went for a new inspection. The factory spring was broken so that it was probably an inch shorter then it should have been although not that easy to tell it was broken until you saw it, but it did explain some occasional anomalous noises back there, and the springs were clearly worn out, the car has just 95,000 km on it now. These variable rate Moog replacement springs are a huge improvement over the OEMs on my SE G5. The ride height is back to normal, you don't notice the slight rear end sag in your car until you actually replace them and see the difference. These are also stiffer then the factory springs and resist compression more, along with new rear shocks and a renewed front suspension the car handles better then new, rear sway due to them not having a sway bar is reduced a noticeable amount with these springs in place.

The standard passenger vehicle springs will sag with a lot of weight In the trunk . My original coils were sagging even with rubber ring coil boosters. These coils lifted the rear over an inch. There's a smooth bounce with these coils where my stock springs would bottom out and cause a rough ride. I have a lot of extra weight in the trunk, so these coils fixed my rear sagging. The price of these coils is very good.

Worked perfectly on my mazda 2 2011 even if it wasn’t for this model. Stronger and more durable than the original.

Great replacement for 2 broken OE linear springs. Pretty easy to replace. These are progressive springs and seem to ride and handle better than the OE springs.
