I had bought a paella pan and was looking for a burner. This one is very sturdy and much larger than I expected. I like the wheels on it so I can roll it. This pan will feed an army.

this has been so useful for our campings, the only problem is that the pan slips very easily from the burner so my husband had to send it to a welder so he could made some adjustments to avoid this since we had to grab it from one side while cooking and is very uncomfortable but we really love it and would definitely recommend it.

When assembling, put the burner upside down on the floor and mount the legs into it, then attach the base/wheels, saved me a lot of time after trying to build it standing upright

Update: I moved from 1 star to 3 star. I finally managed to get it set up. The instructions need more clarity. Once assembled with the burner the whole set up is pretty stable.----The stand is (i) very difficult to set up. It actually is impossible unless you are 2-3 people to adjust all the settings at the same time, (ii) not sturdy.So, I'm keeping the burner and the paella ; as for the stand, it went to the place it deserves: the trash bin.I regret buying this as a bundle, I should have purchased the paella and the burner separately from the stand.

Let me start by saying this was my first time cooking a paella and it turned out great (patting myself on the back)! I feel like the key was having the correct cooking equipment. This Mabel Home Paella set was perfect! We served about 22 people with it. Highly recommended! The three ring burner allows for smaller size pans, so I am planning to order two additional sizes to adjust for the amount I want to cook for.
