This lotion is the best thing I've found for my eczema. Even prescriptions haven't worked as well as this. At the first sign of bumps, I put this stuff on, and it's often enough to stop it before it starts. Even when a full flair up is inevitable, this helps so much with the itching and burning. It's neither too thick or too runny, and it feels good on my skin. It isn't too greasy, but it does keep the skin moisturized. As my kind of eczema is the kind that bubbles up and then completely dries out and becomes hard, moisturizing is very important, and this lotion helps. It smells nice, and the bottle lasts a long time for me. It's also a better bargain than other brands I've tried. I will definitely buy this again and again.

I developed an itchy rash 9 months after a severe car accident and my doctor told me this neurogenic itching comes from nerve irritation after whiplash. Having two neck operations after did not help. She recommended Sarna because of an ingredient in it that used to be by prescription only. It works! The itching stopped and the rash is gone!!

As someone who dislikes the sensory feeling of lotion on their skin, this lotion is actual quite decent. I have extremely sensitive skin and this truly feels like it was made with sensitive skin in mind.It has an extremely light, barely-there scent that almost immediately goes away after being rubbed into the skin. Usually when a bottle says 'unscented' I tend to not believe it because they always have a scent of some kind or another. This lotion does have a slight, short-term scent, but as mentioned, it really doesn't last long and it is not be bothersome in the slightest.The texture is decent, but I greatly dislike the feeling of lotion so I can't judge too much. There is a very mild greasiness, but again, that might just be me. I have very dry skin and it soaks in rather quickly, leaving my skin extremely soft, but it does leave the slightest of sheens on the surface. I will say, I don't notice a lot of anti-itch support. Regardless, if you're looking for the simplest of lotions without harmful fragrance, this is absolutely a great contender.

OK, so this stuff is not like a cortizone, it is not meant to be that strong. But for a minor itch that just wont stop, it works great. I have used it several times and every time it did the job. Great value for the money and even more so, it is moisturizing too.

My husband's back itchs alot this cream helps him a lot. Occasionally my leg itches and it stops it right away. Definitely recommend this item

The product is excellent, relieves horrible itching. However, it is too expensive to pay for a product that the atrocious pump does not work, Can't the mfg. figure out that the lotion is TOO THICK to pump and put it in a jar so that it can be used without wasting so much that is left in the bottle? the answer I guess is that they could if they wanted to but their profit is made on the part that is wasted inside the bottle that you can't get out. When this company starts paying attention to the many legitimate complaints about the failure of their packaging and corrects it then I will consider buying it again. So very disappointing.

Sarna is a great lotion for your skin. It's a terrific anti-itch product. It moisturizing but isn't greasy. I have used Sarna for several years. My surgeon recommended it for my healing after foot surgery. I have recommended Sarna to numerous people as well. I would definitelyPurchase it again and again.
