Just ok
These are easy to clean and fit nicely in the fridge. They only press so far based on the spring so when you initially put the tofu in and close it that’s as far as it will press. The tofu is still pretty wet no matter how long you leave it since it doesn’t continue to press any further. I usually take it out and just press the top into the container with the holes to get more water out. It’s all plastic so I’m not very confident the tabs will last long.

Not bad for price
Takes some practice to place the spring properly and patience. Wait at least 30 mins before you un clamp it to make sure it took off as much liquid as possible.

Interesting idea but poorly executed.
Interesting idea but poorly executed and cheaply constructed. The press did not do a great job of compressing, or squeezing, liquid out of tofu. Plastic snaps were of flimsy construction, did not hold well and would probably break after a few uses. We returned for our money back after a single use.

Works very well. The ease of use and clean up are great. We liked ours so much we bought a set for our family in Colorado.

These tofu are awesome! Got out a ton of water!! The side clips are a little difficult to latch for that reason 4 stars.

Kind of flimsy but it does work for the time being.
It works but it is flimsy. I got 2 in case one broke. It's a great design but it needs a better lid.

Do not buy!!! Useless
I wish I could give this 0 stars because that's what it deserves. Basically useless, I cant close it with tofu in the press which defeats the whole purpose. Even if i cut the tofu to make it more thin i cant latch it closed. Very very disappointed, especially since I waited so long for it. 0 stars probably going to be thrown in the garbage. The foldy parts on the top are clearly not made in the right form to be able to latch on to the bottom part.

Can be used for making Paneer too!
We use it for making Paneer instead of tofu. The resultant paneer is in neat little cubes and easy to use for things like Paneer tikka. :)
