Awesome for Keto Bread
I make keto bread in a bread maker using this vital wheat gluten. It's very low in carbs yet seems a lot like regular wheat flour. It makes the best bread! It was super fresh, light and perfect for what I wanted it for. I love Anthony's products and have never bought anything from them that I didn't think was very good quality.

It turns All Purpose Flour into Strong Flour for less money. It is easy to use. I sifted 1 teaspoon into 1 cup of flour as recommended.It works well.

organic vital wheat gluten is much better than non organic. no glyphphosphates! if you're using this as one of your main protein sources it's important to find a good brand like this one to insure health! this stuff is used in our house for home made seitan. highly recommended
