Q: Do they Fit with Hearing aids

Not sure how to answer other than to say they are a very soft silicon that molds easily around the ear so maybe it would work with a hearing aid.

Q: do you think they’d keep my glasses from falling off if I went parasailing or zip lining?

For the first time in decades, my glasses don't slide down my face. In absence of specific headgear, is should work. The ear piece can't be too thick.

Q: How well do they work on a Rollercoaster?

Haven’t been but they keep my glasses on all day at work, I’m an RN, had to do CPR and they stayed on, that was my goal. So I’m thinking they would stay on while on a roller coaster.

I don’t know about the extreme flips; however, I purchased these for my 11 year old daughter and shared them with my nephews. All very active teens and all very satisfied with how these ear grips keep their glasses in place. I used a set for a pair of sunglasses that are a bit small and they keep them in place very well. I definitely recommend these eat grips.
