Plastic lock clasp broke on first use. Temperature was up and down and not consistent on first use. Poor quality all round. First ever purchase from Amazon I've felt the need to complain about. Not worth any Star Rating. But I had to give it 1 Star so the Review would be accepted! I'd remove it from the list!

Ok U.K. people. This is a USA product it works on 110v. We in the U.K. use 230v so if you just plug it in you’ll be risking a fire 🔥!!!You need a transformer for this. It is rated @ 1200w so you need to get a transformer rated higher we have one for 2000w. They ain’t cheap. Once you have this. It works absolutely fine. Although the little clasp fell off pretty quick.

This product needs to be removed from Amazon. It does not work in the UK - even with a USA adaptor. I bought one after I realised it had a USA plug. But still does not work. What a complete waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs!

Bought this product not realising it comes with an American plug on it and the voltage is for America, so I bought a transformer but it still didn’t work so I had to send it back. I was a bit disappointed because you can’t get them here in England and I was looking forward to using it.

Does not work on English electric sockets

How does Amazon allow someone to sell something that is not appropriated to use in the UK.Today was the third time I've used my machine and it started smelling bad. When I opened there was fire inside. Do I have my money back?

I bought this off Amazon uk and it comes with a US plug so without forking out over £20 for an adapter the thing will blow up! Unfortunately my husband had recycled the packet or I would have sent it back.

Do not buy. It doesn’t say anywhere that it is not suitable for British plug sockets or voltage !! Do not buy for anyone living in the UK or Ireland !
