The include controller/power pack requires AC. But the locomotive is DC. The included controller/power pack converts AC to DC. Also the locomotive works with any HO controller/power pack. And it has DCC 8 pin socket.

Q: Is the voltage 110 to 220 or only 110v for usa?

From Amazon here in the US the set comes with a 110v controller with the plug for the US.

Q: Anyone know where to get a modelling table with a hole in the middle for the user so you don't have to bend to the floor all the time ?

Easiest way--- you build it your self. They do not make "modeling" tables per se, most railroader enthusiasts build a table from readily available lumber. I use an old dining table that was cast off and place a 4/8 sheet of paneling on top of it. Easy enough to reach the middle. Trust this helps, have fun running the trains!
