What's the expiry date

Each pack would have a different expiry date depending on when you buy it, no-one can tell you what the exact date would be for the one you purchase but it will likely have several months before the best before date. On a personal note, I’m currently finishing up a box which is months out of date and it still tastes the same. They are sealed pouches of grated chocolate and won’t go off as such, so no need to worry about not drinking them in time as they’ll be fine for a long while. I hope that helps!

Box is cardboard, sachets are paper. All recyclable.

Can you have the hot chocolate without the velvetiser?

yes can go to the hotel chocolat web site where there are instructions for making hot chocolate with a pan and stove

what is a velvetiser?

It is a machine that Hot Chocolat make for making the hot chocolate in. Amazon sell them but they are not cheap. I’ve found that heating in the microwave then frothing with a small whisk is just as good. Again you can by hand held whisks from Amazon. Hope this helps.
