Great for digestion issues
My daughter has Celiac disease and I am glucose intolerant. We have discovered if we buy our pasta from Italy and our flour from the UK, France or Italy neither of us have any reaction from foods made using this pasta or the breads n pastries made from the imported European flours.

Its worth the extra money
I can taste the difference in the firmness and texture of the pasta. Guess the only thing that would be better is to make it myself from scratch and thats too much work. This is great

Pretty mushy pasta
Liking pasta "al dente" I'm pretty careful when cooking my penne, but this came out mushy. I wouldn't buy again.
