BEST PHONE I'VE EVER OWNED
I waited a full month to test this phone. I am amazed at the quality and battery life. Seriously I have owned many phones in the past. This phone, I can charge on Sunday night and by Friday I still have battery life. I use this phone all day long at work 8 hours a day streaming music through my work headset. On lunch I do the usual, checking messages and social media. I have dropped it on a concrete floor twice, it falls like a brick with no damage. The phone is heavy, it weighs .6 of a pound versus my coworkers phones .4 Its very think and bulky and I love it. Its truly a mans phone. I bought the flashlight attachment. This attachment is awesome. It's as bright as a Policeman light in your face. You can actually feel the heat off it. As for the UV attachment, it seems to work but I am not a scientist to check if the Viruses are dead. The night camera is unreal. You can go in a pitch black room and take pictures, with no flash. I'll never understand that. The only con I can give this phone was trying to find out how to open the sim card tray, which was under the protected cover that you pry open. This is truly a great Rugged phone, and best phone I've ever owned.

Not very rugged.
I had one of these with 6 ram and it fell off a picnic table and the screen broke. The replacement has 8 ram, lasts hàlf as long. Not real happy. Also with these phones I like the size, and the weight but the screen and top sensor are very breakable. It has been several months now and the battery seems to be degrading quicker. I will be contacting the service plan on this very soon I suspect.FYI this phone is not left on charger excessively, attachments are cool but rarely used, but as big as the battery is, it is no longer lasting a complete day.

Awesome hardware, Lacking software
Update: you can now update to Android 10 as of September 16 from their website.I will raise it up to 4 stars for the effort of the team trying to fix the software.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The phone it self was great, but the problem was the software, it keep turning off apps, disableing notifications, and disabling apps sometimes completely from even starting, the phone will last almost 3 days on one charge and the included charger only takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge it back (if you use a different charger it will take forever) but i just wish the phone had android 10 or maybe a better version of android 9 (what it has is very bare boons) if they fix just this one small issue i would buy this phone again, for now though I ended up returning it

Heavy, poor function on some apps, night vision is of lowest quality.
This phone is very thick and heavy. The night vision is practically useless,it only works for a few feet and whatever technology is used does not seem to be able to pick up ambient light and relies solely on the light from the phone. Camera has no panoramic feature or filters like the phone I'm replacing that is over 3 years old. The vibrate feature for notifications is useless unless the phone is actually in your hand. Screen quality is ok but a little washed out. Home screen has limited space for apps. Notifications for my blink security camera app have come hours late or not at all. Will most likely replace this phone.

Basically proprietary USB c, no aux..
Love the phone. Best one I've every had. It's unique, super durable, and feels solid. With that said, 3 stars for one major and very irritating reason, and one "eh" reason.*The first "eh" reason, fingerprint scanner is hit or miss. Have to reprogram new prints almost weekly. Likely due to the fact that I work with my hands. Nothing crazy or anything but more so then your average working class person.I feel like this phone, being a heavy duty, rugged phone, advertised to a market that would likely expose their hands to use, should be able to understand that. It's the same print, just happened to use my hands for something lol.*My major issue. This phone has no aux port. It comes with one charger and one usb c to aux adapter. The problem lies in the absurd depth the charging port is inside the case of the phone!I have 20+ usb c cords and not ONE of them fits this phone! So, when the USB c to aux adapter disappeared, I 100% lost the ability to swipe credit or debit cards at work... No "extended long tip" USB c to aux cables seem to exist ANYWHERE to purchase as a replacement! When my charging cable became damaged, I had to order another "extended long tip charging cable" for $20 a piece! Am just burnt forever though on being able to swipe cards or use aux for anything on this phone. It's beyond frustrating when I can't charge or utilize my phone for work because someone decided to use an essentially PROPRIETARY cable!Otherwise, phone is awesome! Just don't loose or break the OEM USB C stuff or your basically SOL.

Incredible bang per buck.
Man, I love an underdog. I go through and review just about every notable flagship and unless you're a big geek like I am, for $399 you will get 90% the flagship performance experience with the massive benefit of effectively being unbreakable with a battery that will last for at least 10 Hours Screen On Time over a solid three days. I will say, though, the night vision camera is no more useful then just turning on the flashlight and the android 10 upgrade is not something just anyone can pick up a PC and go through without the potential of bricking the device. Past that my only complaint is some translation issues in the firmware but, again, it cost me all of 400 bucks when flagships are going for over a grand. So I love it.

Great phone, very solid and the night vision is really cool
I like how solid it is, it feels indestructible. It doesn't have 5G, which is the up and coming technology, but oh well. I like that it is unlocked and works on any GSM network throughout the world. It is dual SIM, so it's great for traveling, and like I said, the night vision is really cool and very clear.

Solid Rugged Device
I've purchased 4 of these units so far to run a piece of data collection software that our company uses in the outdoors. So far they have been excellent units at very reasonable costs. We subject them to all manner of weather for entire days, and so far no failures. Battery life is amazing, which is huge benefit to our operations. Buying more.
