The were all alive and doing great.
They were shipped through the US mail, so it took about a week to get them. The temperatures in our area are really hot, but when they came, apparently, the mail service had protected them from the extreme heat and the box they came in wasn't hot. The larvae were all alive and ready to live in my new bio-pod and grow into chicken food. The seller seems very responsible and the US mail was also very careful. The box they were shipped in also said on the box that the contents were live insects and to protect them from extreme heat and cold. Will order again if the need arises.

Dead on arrival
We received super tiny larvae and they don’t appear to be moving at all. We left them on the kitchen counter for several days and kept watching for growth or movement, but no luck. We are disappointed because last time we ordered them, they were very large and wiggly.

Arrived alive
Ordered the 1000 count for bearded dragon food. The shipping took a bit longer than I had anticipated for live feed. But I can easily adjust to the wait time and base my ordering on anticipating about a week for shipping now. The majority of the Larvae arrived alive (it's always expected for a few to arrive dead from the trip). Overall, will definitely be ordering these again for feeders.

Very pleased
Great value. I have ordered bsf from a few locations. These were mostly true to size. I would say 95 percent medium and 5 percent small, which i understand. The were all live and shipping was fast. Excellent job!

Arrived live, and in good condition
All of them arrived live, and my birds, love them. I will definitely be ordering more. I was a little concerned with the shipping method, UPS mail innovations, which can be scary slow sometimes. Especially if things sit in a trailer somewhere. However, they all made it alive in this summer heat. This order turned out well.

Hardy lil bugs
Must take darn good care of these bugs. They made it to me in such harsh conditions and made a full recovery after the shock of the arizona heat.
