Wanted something new to do for fitness, strength. These charts help me know what and how to do the exercises I need to meet my goals. I am already feeling stronger which is encouraging and helps me get motivated for the next workout. The personal training schedule was designed especially for me. I filled out the questionnaire and heard back promptly. I feel like they are there for me if I have any questions or concerns!!!

My plate vibration machine came with instructions for a few exercises, but these charts are a terrific asset. They show many, many more ways to use the machine. I'm rehabilitating from an accident and the variety of exercises shown is very helpful in finding different ways to resolve specific issues. The company also offers personalized instruction. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and the product support.

I ordered these for the posters as well as for the personalized training. The posters a good quality, and a good sized to hang next to the machine. The training response, not so great. I initially got a reply asking for some general personal information, but then got nothing back.

The posters are good in and of themselves. My biggest problem is that they took SO LONG to get here - they're shipped from England. As others have said, they are really big. I will be mounting only one of them on my wall.

Took a while to get the posters but worth the wait. Good size posters with several positions to target all areas of the body. I've had the machine for years and never really knew how to use it. I need the guided instructions, now I can see if the machine is beneficial.

What a rush. These things look like the Ronco appliance inventor found new uses for the exercise machine. My doctor told me that no amount of shaking is going to shed pounds. He had a stupid theory about limiting food intake. I'm 66, and as long as there are people with shortcuts to slimness, my fat butt is going to be buying the machines.

I bought this training program just over 1 week ago & it has already arrived. Amazing, considering it came from the UK.Moreover, the exercises on the charts are fantastic & I have to say they have completely revitalized me and taken the boredom out of my WBV training. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get into shape! I love it!
