For more than 15 years, I used to use another brand that had similar shape and material, but they recently changed material and those plugs no longer worked for me. It took me few month to try other ear plugs and see which ones worked for me. I finally found these ones. I like how they fit my ears. They may not feel soft before you put them in, but ones they are in, I do not feel them at all, there is no pressure, very good sound isolation, I could barely hear only very loud noises. I sleep well with these earplugs. I already bought it several times (200 packs) and I have no plans of changing. The only thing is I wish they didn't come in individual packaging (2 plugs per pack).

After using this type of ear plugs for many years, I have come to rely on them in order to sleep. I would periodically get a multipack every so often, from a variety of retail sources including drug stores and online from Amazon. But somewhere in the last two years every retailer and manufacturer seems to have changed the material of their foam earplugs to a smoother foam texture or surface. The smoother plugs are uncomfortable to me and repeatedly slide out of my ears. I was in a panic that I might never be able to sleep peacefully again after numerous purchases that seemed like these, only to find they were the smoother new material. In desperation I bought this MULTIPACK (as in much bigger quantity than my usual purchases) for a reasonable price hoping they were the plugs I craved.I am thankful to God and 3-M that these were indeed the good kind. I now have at least a ten year supply, but that just makes me feel less anxiety about being able to find them. They work great and are all in convenient packs of pairs that I can easily grab on the go if staying overnight at a hotel or a friend’s.

Excellent comfortable ear plugs. Actually been using these effective plugs for decades. Comfortable, and when they warm up they can't be felt. Very quiet, with good decibel attenuation.Also good for shooters to wear under ear muffs for excellent protection.

Could be just a touch longer for my old hands to insert. But, they work great!

I am a professional carpenter and as such I use a lot of ear plugs. This 3M slow release earplug is by far the most comfortable ear plug I’ve used with the best fit and noise reduction.

These are my go to earplugs to wear while I sleep, a habit I picked up when I traveled for work. They are soft and squishy and easy to put in. They don’t have a firm edge like some other brands do so they are comfortable to wear all night. They aren’t too long, which also makes them extra comfy. These are the superior ear plugs and this box is huge so I am stocked up!
