These Bluetooth earphones have amazing SXFI sound quality, when playing the music downloaded onto your phone, but the sound quality is just good when using streaming music services

Bought these due to their battery life, aptX HD and Low Latency support and multi-device support.Aside from the aptX LL support, these are inferior in every way to my OnePlus Wireless Bullets V2.The noise isolation is worse. The sound profile is really muddy in the 1Khz & 2Khz range. You'll need some EQ tweaking to lift them up. Percussion is also buried under the floorboards. How do you even do this with dual BA?!? It's salvageable but it shouldn't be necessary.The receiver loses the signal at a such short distance - I was even sat at my PC and just sitting a certain place starts to break up the signal on LL. Let alone in another room!These were supposed to serve me as a LL PC headset while connected to my phone - but of course Creative's BTW3 BT adapter is always on when paired so you never get anything out of your phone... yikes.This is such a mediocre thing.Sadly OnePlus changed their Bullets to the Wireless Z, which is a bad quality set with no aptX HD or real LL support.I'll stick with this very average set until LC3 finally shows up in products.

Amazing sound. Paired it with the creative dongle to listen at apt-hd and it works great.

Broke in one ear. Bought in August 2020, broke in February 2021, but had issues with the cables before. It would be a great product, If not for the durability (especially with the hefty price) and the awful low battery warning. That needs to be removed, it is too loud, lasts too long, and happens about once per 45 secs at less than 15% battery.

I have had two pairs of these. In both the glue holding the armature to the metal has disintegrated and they've fallen apart in less than 5 months.Avoid like the plague.

I got this from the creative site directly as there was a deal running with these headphones and BTW3 bluetooth dongle together. Aptx HD sounds awesome and SXFI was very good when listening outdoors. The battery life is also very good and lasts my day .

The product works reasonably well, and phone calls are clear. So far so good.I do have a few niggles, however.1. The control buttons get lost in my shirt collar. They would be better in a separate wumph in the earphone.2.the buttons are illogically arranged. The volume down is where I would expect volume up to be3. Really surprised it charges by micro USB not USB-C4. Connecting to two phones is great, but if you turn one off it makes a connection error beep over and over again till you power cycle the headset . Maddening.5 the instructions don't tell you owt about the LED. I worked out the led goes out when fully charged, but a note would have been polite.6 The low battery warning is very annoying - it comes on when the phone reports 30% left, which is probably actually less than 10%, and then beeps intrusively every ten seconds until it dies.I don't know where they get the battery life figure from. I am getting about 7 hours to 10 hours of listen time.Update: the thing has two new annoying tricks.7. If I am listening to a podcast and it ends, the thing notices the silence, and after about 30 seconds powers down. this is exactly what I don't want it to do.8. when watching youtube videos it intereacts badly with the adverts. when an advert ends and play of the video resumes it is silent. I have to pause and restart to video to start the audio again. This seems to be a compatibility issue between these headphones and the youtube app - no other combination has this problem.Update: July 2023. I have had to replace this unit. There is an intermittent fault in the wiring for the left earpiece that makes it unusable.

I was excited to use these, and when I received them last night I immediately paired them with my phone and laptop - having a pair with true multipoint connectivity is important, and it seemed to work perfectly.Then I started work this morning. I switched on my laptop and then the earphones. They refused to connect to either laptop or phone, despite trying several times.I unpaired the earphones and tried again from scratch. They refused to pair with either device. I tried to pair them for about 15 minutes and eventually got them to pair again with my laptop. Unfortunately, I switched them off again to try again to pair with my phone, now they won't connect to my laptop again (and still won't pair with my phone).Suffice to say, these will be returned.
