Fantastic Upgrade — Spacious, Easy to Clean, and a Great Deal!
I already own the smaller Crock-Pot and absolutely love it, so this 6.5L version was the perfect step up for cooking larger meals and big cuts of meat. The removable ceramic bowl is super easy to clean, and the extra capacity means I can prep for gatherings or batch cooking without juggling portions.I purchased mine through Amazon Resale, which saved me a good chunk of money. The product itself was flawless—completely unused and spotless. The only thing “resale” about it was a bit of torn packaging, which didn’t bother me in the slightest. If you’re looking to save without sacrificing quality, I can’t recommend Amazon Resale enough.Perfect for busy days, family dinners, or just anyone who loves a no-fuss slow-cooked meal. Definitely a smart and satisfying purchase

Overall good value
THIS IS MY FIRST EVER SLOW COOKER... I put a load of veg, herbs and cubed beef in, followed the filling instructions and switched it on . After 4 hours on high veg still not soft but after 6 hours it was ready to eat. The meat was overcooked and reminded me of reconstituted dried meat and the veg was only just soft enough. The flavour of the gravy, was amazing but despite adding flour and granules it had not thickened up. It think it really needs 8 hours at least to cook a beef stew and possibly pouring into a saucepan on hob and adding more flour to thicken it. It didnt get unduly hot to touch but we laughed and said we might plug it in to cook in my husbands study in winter to keep him warm at the desk as it does throw out a good bit of warmth. It's a good size and holds enough for 2-3 people. I will try a rice pudding next time. Overall I think it is a good value appliance and i must study the recipe book maybe to find things which suit it best.

For two people
I’ve always enjoyed slow cooking, but after downsizing to a smaller home, I found that my large slow cooker was just too big for the two of us. It took a lot of time to heat up, and since I only ever cook small meals, I felt like I was wasting a lot of energy and water. I also usually use the leftover liquid to make gravy, but it seemed excessive for smaller portions. After reading through a number of reviews, I chose this Crockpot for its ideal size for two people. It comes with a solid two-year warranty, the pot is dishwasher safe (though I prefer to wash it by hand to keep it in good condition!), and the price is competitive for the quality. The glass lid fits securely, and while it has a small vent hole, the cooker still performs well. I also like that it’s stable, with a cord that’s long enough for convenience. Unlike my large cooker, this one doesn’t get the countertop too hot, and there’s just enough liquid left to make gravy without too much waste.I've used it a few times to cook smaller joints, around 500g, and the results have been fantastic. The first time, I cooked the joint for 5 hours on low and kept it on warm for an additional hour. It came out tender, but the meat was a little too soft to slice cleanly. Next time, I plan to cut the cooking time to around 3-4 hours and let it rest before serving to keep the texture just right.Overall, I’m really impressed with this slow cooker. It’s well-constructed, fairly priced, and does an excellent job. The only downside is that there’s no light to show when it’s on, but that’s a minor issue compared to all the positive features. I particularly appreciate the 'keep warm' setting, which is handy for keeping the food at the right temperature without overcooking.I’m very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this slow cooker.
