I purchased a used copy of this book for a class and it came early and looking as if it were brand new

Although It was a rental, I would have to say the book was poorly. Pages are extremely lose to the point if you are as gentle they can rip off. For the price if rental, i cant complain too much but nevertheless a book also shouldn’t looked like stepped or used as a doormat.

The media could not be loaded.  The condition of the book for the most part is great. The only part wrong is what is in the video. I just received this book in the mail today, and when I opened it (just ripped the box open without a knife or tool) I realized when I picked it up out of the box, that the back of it is sliced and almost sliced to where the pages rip off. Fortunately it is the part I will not be using, BUT when I return this book rental I do not want to be charged with the condition it is in. It looks like it was sliced during the process of someone else cutting the box open with a knife. Whoever owns this rental- I will do my best to keep the pages together. I was not expecting it to be in this condition. Thank you. Please get back to me.

This book has some missing pages and pages that are already detached. This book needs to be replaced with a newer one that is not falling apart.
