TRUGLOGlock Channel Liner Combo Tool (TG970GL)

It’s a life saver when working on your Glock slide.

Got my stuck channel liner out easily. The threading did not slip at all, the included t bar makes removal easy, especially if using a vice.Best part, it comes with a replacement channel liner. I didn’t see that in the fine print and had ordered a couple which hadn’t arrived yet, now I have those for back ups and was instantly able to fix the problem.I would recommend this and I would buy it again, it’s built great though so likely will last my lifetime and onto the next generations too.

Easy to use and absolutely needed for general maintenance. If you actual get out to the range and train, this is a must have tool. I have been running glocks for 10 years and only recently looked up the actual maintenance language and intervals for the channel liner and other internals. I recently rebuilt my 17 because I was having issues with the slide locking to the rear on the last round as well as light strikes. Would not have been able to service the platform without this tool.

This is the only tool I found that had the t-handle option and I have no idea why others have not copied this excellent design.I purchased this particular tool as it is name brand, comes with one sleeve and most importantly- came with the t-handle type of insert for a grip when removing or installing the liner. It worked well and I DID require the t-handle for removal. Plus it was helpful for initially reinstalling the channel liner before having to tap the liner into place.

This TruGlo tool is perfect. The threaded end is tapered and works perfectly, as opposed to other brands reviewed. The removable steel rod/handle is a very nice idea to help in removing stubborn channel liners. I highly recommend this tool.

Ok soo I bought this tool to pull an old channel liner from a g19 that was giving me issues at the range. I thought it might be difficult to do but it was important to me to try the replacement my self.The threaded end screws into the old channel liner easily ( you have to screw it into the old liner as far as you can), and pulls the old liner out with little effort. You put the new liner on the other end ( non threaded, smooth side) and insert it in place of the old liner. Once it bottoms out you can then remove the tool and place your firing pin assembly back inside.This tool made the swap easy.

Comes with a channel which was super nice to have. Good quality, worth every cent
