How high can it goes temperature ? Is it good for cooking pizza ?

260 on grill and yes you can cook Pizza on the bake setting with freshly made dough or from frozen on air fryer.....size of pizza needs to be 20x20 cm max

Does it have removable plates

Yes the plate you cook on comes out each time for cleaning

If you can’t cook steak and chips at same time or something similar, isn’t this a waste of time..?

No I don’t think so. I start my chips off par boiled and cook these after grilling the steak which doesn’t take long. While steak resting I air fry the chips. Tasted great.
