This was a god send after my back surgery. I no longer need it but it was extremely handy and easy to use.

After having two of the tube-type sock pullers crack (one after only 5 weeks of use!), I ordered this one for my mom. When I received it, I was surprised to find I'd bought her a flat piece of plastic (for almost $20!) that she has to wrestle her sock over and then try to get her foot into. In its favor, I don't think the plastic is the rigid variety that is prone to cracking, and the garter fasteners do hold the stocking in place until is is pulled at least halfway up the leg. BUT my mom doesn't wear compression hosiery, and if her regular support knee-highs press this into a tube so small that she can barely get her foot into it, I'm not sure how in the world anyone wearing actual compression stockings would be able to pull it over his or her foot. I'm just amazed at the price for this sheet of plastic.
