Its a Leatherman!
It is a Leatherman, therefore you can not get any better quality multitools, the blade comes razor sharp, comes in minimalistic box, attention to detail is amazing. It is 100% metal apart from the *safety whistle*. I love it! (everyone keep in mind that it is illegal to carry in public in the UK)

Arrived broken, no customer support
Second leatherman wave I have purchased, this one arrived defective and pin holding internal parts together fell out on opening. Amazon do not deal with returns, you are directed to leatherman website for help. Emailed them twice, no response. I phoned their help line and it is a minute long message in German. Very disappointed with letherman and Amazon 'loop' of trying to get help. Literally, no customer service support from Amazon or Leatherman.
