Bought one, installed it, worked great for about 2 weeks then stopped holding a charge. I contacted Amazon about it later than I meant to, they took my info and put me in touch with the manufacturer. Their response was "Another one is already on the way is there anything else we can do to help you?" No hassle, no fuss, just a little wait time and all is well. That's how things like this should be done!

I bought this as a replacement for the original battery in my Samsung Notebook 9 Pro. Purchased in Dec 2022, by Feb it was no longer holding a charge for more than 45 minutes without being plugged in so I had to keep my laptop plugged in at all times. If I left it unplugged I risked it running too close to zero where you risk it not being able to recharge at all again. Well the beginning of this month I had to go on a road trip and I couldn’t plug my laptop in for more than a day and the battery ran to the dreaded zero and now it will not recharge and I get the error message it has “lived it’s life” and no longer can be used. It pops up the screen that others have screen shorted so I do not need to repeat what others have posted in their reviews, since my experience is the exact same. This product is not what I was expecting when I paid what I paid for the product back in December 2022 (vs what it is at now $10+ less). I would, and will not be purchasing this brand again. I am extremely disappointed in the product quality and longevity, as battery for Samsung products should last years not weeks.

Well - I am grateful that this battery worked while I had very important interviews. I installed this in June 2023 and yesterday I received the DREADED Samsung warning that this battery needs to be replaced. As you can see, my battery is at 0% while plugged in. I have already confirmed this is not a hardware issue, charging issue, etc. It is a confirmed battery issue.If you are looking for a SHORT TERM emergency solution- this works. If you are looking for a LONG TERM solution - THIS is not going to work for you!

This is the second battery I received. The first one didn’t last a month. The second one was on for about 3 months. Not is saying that it’s unsafe. It will not hold a charge at all. I’m not concerned out of warranty date due to original purchase date. Not happy or satisfied at all.

Easy to install replacement battery. Came with about 60% charge. Works great.

This battery is trash, it stopped charging after a couple of months. Save your money and buy a different one. First one i bought stopped working, requested a replacement and now this one stopped working too and now i can request a replacement or refund. Poor quality.

I used two different companies before this one and they all failed or their connector points were broken. This one was perfect. It came in a proper box, safely shipped. They even sent a tiny magnetized screwdriver to assist in the removal and replacement of the battery.
