I read through the reviews and it mentioned the sizing was ok, I’m a ladies size 6 but I went for the men’s larger size, sadly these did not fit, far too tight causing more pain.

This product is excellent.I have bad pain in my left foot,the product relieved my pain and comfortable to wear,I would recommend wearing over socks,I am going to purchase another.Perfect.

Even though I bought the larger size these were so tight that they felt like they were cutting the blood supply off.Very uncomfortable and unable to wear them.Complete waste of money.

These were bought for my other half as he was complaining about pain the feet, so bought some of these supports to see if they would help. Yes they worked feet are not so painful now.

Good fit for me and helps support my arch

I was unlucky as they wouldn't stay on as my foot is very swollen, but I would think for people that haven't got too much swelling they would be very good.

Very easy to use and fits very snuggly into the arch to give the kind of relief and support I was after. It doesn't take the overall pain away but it has definitely assisted in the longer term healing process.
