Q: I purchased two of the 320w panels and both are only producing 12.7v at 6-8 amp in full sun, each one. The add says 24v at 320 watts, each panel. ????

Did you connect them directly to a battery? The sunlight will drive these panels up to 10A. If you're getting 6-8A then that's pretty good. Without a charge controller they top out at 127W (12.7V x 10A). With an MPPT charge controller they can get all 320W (33.7Vx9.5A) from the panels to the charge controller and the same 320W (12.7V x 25.2A) from the charge controller to the battery.

Q: Why is the 4 pack size listed as 39.5 x 2.8 x 65.6 and the 2 pack is 39.5 x 1.4 x 65.6?

Because you have 4 panels instead of 2. (4/2) = 2 x 1.4" = 2.8"

Q: Why did this product jump $130 overnight?
